[Idea] Free from censorship.
Have sub-communities where the more mature players are able to post fan fictions that may be a little to graphic or mature for the younger veiwers to see.

That is honestly probably best left to other sites for hosting such things. I don't think Riot wants to or should promote that sort of content on their website.
