OLD ACCOUNT INFO FAILED LOGIN ON BOARDS - FORCED ME TO CHANGE TO NEW INFO

It seems the old account which I used for my in-game account was failing on the boards login screen so now I had to change my old account information to a new one. There must be some glitch or server side problem on RIOT cause even when I tried to make a new LOL Account it accepted my old username which I use everyday so something is bugged or wrong on server end.

Hey Jedax! Thanks for bringing your issue to the Help & Support board!

First, when you're trying to log in, make sure that you're on the correct server's website. Look in the top left corner and if the region you're on isn't the same as the region your account is on, you will need to click the down arrow and change your region.
