Player Behavior & Moderation Sub-board voting

The PB&M board often devolves into downvote threads. I would suggest removing voting on the OP as seeing your thread with negative votes often causes the quality of the discussion drop very quickly and very dramatically. Seeing how people react to it the voting system on that particular sub-board probably goes against what that board is trying to do. If it had a format closer to the Dev Corner where you can vote within the thread but not on the OP might be an improvement.
