level restrictions on forum needs a rework

why do you have so many level restrictions on the forums I can understand restricting people tell level 10 or level 6 but level 20 or 30 to access some stuff on the forums for some people that's going to be over a month for some of us we don't have enough time to play this game all the time so maybe 1 or 2 times a week
