"Login to Comment"

I was going to post this in Help and Support, but Riot deleted it and said it would be better here so... anyways, I made a smurf, set up my account, leveled to 6, and checked my region, but when I log in as that account and go to comment, it just says "Login to Comment", even though I was already logged in. Can anyone help me?
