[FEATURE IDEA] Lol client functions on the website.

I've submitted this idea when the new version of the website was asking for feedbacks years ago. But haven't heard anything about it since then.

So the idea is to be able to: -purchase champs/skins/runes -customize rune pages -customize mastery pages -eventually chat with friendlist From the lol website without the air client.

It would be a nice feature for players who are momentarily not on their gaming computer. (mobile phone in a train, office computer with no lol client...) As people like to read guides and stuffs like that when they are out of the game (or simply are bored during work time) . It would also probably raise League's revenue since it's one more way for players to purchase things and spend money.
