basicly his passive is normal looking but his q shoots like a laser at them then his w is normal but his e when he basic attacks has like purple pousin and then his ult look like spikey and is blue his and his body looks like darth vadder
What about Darth Veigar instead? Not only does it fit more, but I've seen a picture of Veigar with a Darth Vader-like look. Has a red, "Do Not Push" button. xD
Though I'm not sure if they'd give an actual yes or no or even a maybe. They'd have to get permission from the company or whoever that made Star Wars, and if they got a yes would more then likely have to pay so much for it every time it's bought since they can't just take the idea, make it into a skin, and "sell" it, as that's considered theft.
