LAS/LAN people want to interact on the boards as well

Hi i'm from LAS and I always wanted to share my thoughts on these boards as everyone else, but to to so I need to level up an NA account instead of doing it from my main one. I know our servers are spanish oriented but I feel like we are left out if we want to interact with NA Rioters. I wish there was something you could do about it.

I'm almost there though (lvl 6 atm).
