we really need a new board

so there needs to be a new board section for "General Suggestions"

Any and all suggestions are lumped into "miscellaneous" unless they fit under gameplay/maps + modes/skins + champ concepts

because lets be honest here, no one who is looking for an idea in a constructive post is ever going to go there - and if they do they have to sift through countless amounts of bravado, rage, and sillyness

what if someone had an idea for how to improve new player experience, put it in misc. and it is as good as gone unless that 0.01% chance of a rioter seeing it happens
