Getting to the community beta via the menu bar

When in the Game-Info/Champions page, the navigation menu for the website does not display the community beta link below the Forums header. I've noticed other parts of the navigation menu also disappear and reappear based on what section of the website you are in.

Edit: Actually it is the entire /Game-Info section that it disappears in.
