Red Tracker formatting issues

On the Red Tracker, I noticed that if a Red is quoting or replying to a long post, it will be condensed into a giant wall of text, even if it has page breaks formatted into it. Also: I wouldn't really call this a bug or anything, but the Red Tracker word wrap limit isn't the 90 characters or so we're limited to for regular threads. I personally say it's an improvement.
