Champion and Skins Sales (Feedback)

I'm going to preface this by saying I'm not sure if this is the proper place however since I know Riot employees have encouraged us to post here since things on this board get noticed more I hope this thread isn't in vain.

This discussion is in regards to the champion and skin sale from 6/3 to 6/6 however it can be applied to most of them that have been posted in the previous weeks.

What happened? (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/champion-and-skin-sale-0603-0606)

Where is the enthusiasm or the potential excitement? This looks like it was done by an intern and if it was, you should chide them for not making it feel like it's something to be excited about! Previously when you posted skin/champ sales doing small pun lines or from the perspective of Mundo was amusing and catchy.

What you have posted today is nothing more than "here, take it, be gone so we can move on." It definitely has a very impersonal feel to it - which I can understand from a business stand point. You're a busy company, you have many things to worry about. However, as you like to remind the general discussion folks at least, that you ACTUALLY do care about your players and like to hear our constructive criticism when it's not just an attack. So here is my feedback - please spice up the champion sales pages. You've got great content for things related to e-spots, Pentakill (ONE MORE DAY!) and the like ... so what happened with today's champion and skin post?

Thanks, Poro Support!~

**Poro Support, I'm no writer but this one's for you: **

Syndra sat perched upon the destroyed battlefield, scarred and torn away by her raw power. This was too easy and a chilling satisfaction settled onto her face in the form of a wicked smile. She prayed not all foes would be so weak.

Unfortunately her gloating had distracted her — if only for an instant.

Akali cascaded out of stealth right above Syndra, twirling twin blades directly at her exposed back. Syndra jerked around at the whirling sound, eyes reflecting the yellow clad warrior and an expression of utter surprise. The assassin sunk the blades deep. But it wasn't the satisfying thunk of blades finding foe. It was the hard ringing clank of blade against rock.

Ripped away at the last moment, Syndra now struggled in the suffocating silence of Blitzcrank's grasp.

Akali heaved back, wrenching her blades from the stone and readied to launch her next assault when iron bolts ripped through the fabric of her shirt. Pivoting she faced her attacker. A shadowy figure loaded two more bolts into her weapon, placed a third in her mouth and taunted with her free hand. Akali gritted her teeth as she recognized the familiar face of Vayne. Walking into a run, she spun into a blur of yellow and gold before she disappeared in a haze.

Syndra was regaining her senses — and her rage. She threw an orb up into the air and brought it down hard, knocking the metal beast off balance. As he stumbled, she grinned once more. They should have killed her when they had a chance. She freed her self and flew backwards, nodding to something... something dark behind the metal man.

A huge metal anchor landed heavy between Blitzcrank's legs, covered in raw earth and grinding drill bits of razors. Before he could react, the anchor ripped back with frightening force and Blitzcrank was dragged a hundred yards into the brush beyond.

Vayne and Akali cascaded through the trees, blade against bow. Untangling, Vayne tumbled out of the way and sunk a bolt in the tree next to Akali's head. As she was about to loose another, a cold twisted mask pressed against her cheek and a wicked laugh followed. Vayne froze. Akali spat and rose up, as Shaco held a knife to the immobilized marksman's neck.

But before either could move, Blitzcrank and Nautilus barreled through the forest tearing a clearing in their path. They separated, Shaco and Akali joined Blitzcrank in the scuffle leaving Vayne to climbed atop Nautilus' shoulders. Syndra floated into view, wild-eyed with power from behind the massive gold and green monstrosity.

It was time to finish this.

This discussion should most likely go in the 'Champions and Skins' Sub-Community, but that's besides the point.

I really wish Riot would make the Three Day Sales more interactive like they used. There would be a story and some sense of interest. It was lore, even if it did not pertain to the main storyline. It's just another example of how Riot finds the plot overrated. It's all cut and dry now. Where's the juicy story of Syndra throwing out the balance of power with Stinger Akali coming to stop her while Vayne tracks down the mysertious menance, Masked Shaco and how Blitzcrank stumbles upon the titan of the depths, Subterranean Nautilus? Just something would be appreciated.

The post was cold, isolated, and had a boring feel to it. I am disappointed RiotWizardCrab.
