So this isn't GOOD behavior, but there's a chance that your account may have gotten hit a little harder than expected by the presence of "kys" in a toxic log. I'd PERSONALLY have said this would likely be a chat restriction (or at least a strike towards one) for getting into a negative-experience-creating argument with what is clearly a troll (you should have simply muted the guy), but a 14-day ban out of the blue seems like it might be due to that language.

In this particular instance, sending a ticket to Riot Support to explain the situation (politely) might be a good idea.

Again, can't say it's a certainty, but my personal opinion is that in this situation it's worth trying.

Hint Don't respond. And if you where banned that means you've had chat restrictions before so you where already on thin ice i'd be lying if i said I feel bad.
