leave buster needs to be fixed or removed

leave buster loaded with problems if you ask me, for example, if a summoner does return to the game and does in fact resume playing the leave buster should not kick in, otherwise riot you will be punishing players for even just crashing (victim of that on muliple occassions), leave buster is way to strict because of this new competive look on this, instead of punishing those who come back and try to win or just play, remove the chance of that happenin by fixin the codes, i know leave buster is an old system but its too old and WAAAY to strict to the point that it should really only be there for ranks, not normals, but i digress, please riot consider that people who crash get chased away easily when you punish them for it
