The Reason why I say that is because I did something stupid like giving out my password and and username to someone online cause I was drunk Yes i was probably stupid bu that doesn't mean ban my account forever. they got me banned forever and I emailed them saying this situation and they wouldn't un ban my account. They can steal your account and money so easily well FU Riot for doing this too me.
If you were caught in the process of attempting to give away the account or sell it, then you will likely not get the account back as that's considered a major violation of the Terms of Use.
If you were banned because Riot recognized that the account was being accessed by someone else, you should submit a ticket under the "I'm having trouble accessing my account" option.

I mean you are at fault regardless. It's like asking someone to hack your account for you, even if you knew the person was your best friend and wouldnt do anything wrong.
They don't take kindly to account sharing either.
Also they own "Your" account. Legal thing.

That's a shield ban; it's to protect the account from the hacker.
Send in a ticket to player support under "i need help to recover my account" and once they confirm the account would be back in the right hands they will unlock it for you.
Edit: need to be logged out in order to get that ticket option to work properly.

I feel you OP. The cops arrested me and took my car away just because I was driving backwards on the highway smh not my fault, I was drunk >:^(
