the main reason why the toxicity is raising is because riot supports trolls and feeder...

Riot: what? you are feeding?......you may have a bad day. Riot: what? you are trolling?....hmm we have no proof sorry.... Riot: what? you tell your toplane to "shut up" because he is spamming?......HOW DARE YOU !!!! BANNED !!!

Lets check.....how an adult could solve this:

Player with brain: what? you are feeding?.....i hope you get banned....oh no you cant get banned....you have a bad day. Player with brain: what? you are trolling?.....i hope you get banned.....oh sadly riot gives a fuck about trolls. Player with brain: what? you are spamming the chat, and blaming the jungler for dying 1n1?......muted.------PROBLEM SOLVED !!!!!!!

So why is riot putting the most effort into something what is already solved? any reason ?

and before you say....."feeding isnt forbidden bla bla bla and trolls do get banned".......get real please....

Some people just aren't good at the game... sometimes it's not the message that's the problem but how it's delivered. If I see a glaring issue or someone is newer, I ask questions like did you pick up that build from a guide? Or thatshould an interesting choice have you tried using such and such instead?. People tend to act better when you aren't douchey about it. That curbs the build feeding. Then there's the concrete feet can't miss a skill shot feeders.. simple tips if you are behind try this .. or keep the minions in between such and such.. then you have the aggressive overplayed over stay feeders... the best you can do is ward often ping and do your job. Lastly... we have the real feeders, the douche bags that intentional feed... those were less common... typically I see them on 2 occasions on the rare case some troll douche comes in... typically they build off the norm... AD/waveclear sona, AD ziggs.. . You can spot them early... no CS weird build running down mid. Then there's the last... the combo package tilted laner vs digital loud rager... one triggers the other and the other is triggered in return... one guy flames the other for playing bad and complains the whole game, whines and tried to FF. But that fails so he makes the team want to or he engages the poor laner into removing all doubt by committing digital suicide.
