How do I appeal a chat restriction?
Hello, I was wondering if there was any way to appeal a chat restriction? The logs are as follow, and I don't believe this is anywhere near enough to be chat restricted for when my draven was flashing in place, and throwing his ult backwards if someone took a kill while him, and our top lane (kennen) flamed me for helping mid, instead of them.
