Delete every comment in Gameplay+ that whines about not having downvotes.

This kind of comments don’t bring anything to the discussion at hand and are there only to harass the thread/comment they refer to.

If ppl want to prove that their target is wrong they can, and should, write arguments about it as this is the nature of the board.

Reiteration of downvote whines by a single user should translate in moderation actions against the boards account as it’s obvious at that point that said person doesn’t want to discuss, only harass.

You can't really prove much on boards. It's all opinion.

Why? the mods aren't perfect and they can (and will given enough time) select certain topics that don't belong there. This is especially bad when the mods mess up and choose a topic which has already been discussed to death. Writing new posts about a new discussion topic is fine but having to rehash out the same concepts simply because a handful of users still don't understand them doesn't really fit with the goals of G+.

There is nothing wrong with asking for the downvote function, especially because it was one of the few good things about the regular gameplay. Gameplay is a mess because people keep making new topics about the same things. Gameplay+ will go down the same route if it doesn't do a better job of cleaning up repeat topics and having something besides the mods would go a long way.

It sucks that the downvote feature is being abused in the wrong way. Which is to downvote a post just because they simply didn't like what it was covering, regardless if the post was constructed well.

A lot of the time I also noticed that some of those people who downvote a post don't usually leave a feedback or the reason as to why they disagree with the subject at hand.

The downvote feature was suppose to act as a way to filter out bad content. To ensure that some posts would get locked or deleted (if needed) by moderators and other people at similar positions, if those posts are proved to be offensive in any way.
