Hello,

I have reviewed the chat logs, gameplay, and your account history. After taking a look, I do not believe this was a mistake, although I'm sorry to say it. This account was already given the two week final warning against any further negativity, and because this misuse of chat continued, the account is now out of chances. Just to clarify, Blitzcrank bot should only be showing you the chat log, any highlighting or formatting is unintended. It is not meant to highlight any specific part of the log to say it's weighed more or less. In this chat log I can tell it was frustrating, and communicated via arguing and calling other players out for what they were doing. Even if someone else was doing something worse, we do not want chat to be used to call it out. This is a final decision and I know it's not what you were hoping for when you wrote in. While we do our best to encourage reform, we permanently remove accounts that continue to create negative experiences from our game. I wish I had better news for you here. If you have any other questions please let me know, but I will not be changing the ruling on the permanent ban for any reason. Iron Wing Riot Games Player Support "I fought a house once. So I have a couple problem's with what you said, first you can not say my gameplay is in poor conduct even in the game above I was 5/1 even with a negative player who specifically said negative things about giving up (which by the way they did not get a ban). Secondly, just because Blitzcrank bot is not supposed to show highlighting IT DID this shows an inherent problem with your system as anybody who can think would understand "Red equals bad" therefore by reasonable deduction this is what the system picked up to ban me not anything else and me calling this player out for doing it is not what got me banned. In addition to this I was not able to report this player in game who said this keyword as my power went out in my apartment, however I sent in a ticket about this player saying they said these negative things including what i put in quotations and inted the game but was not banned for it, this shows that a human who looked at this did not find what this player said as toxic but the in-client reform system picked up on the keyword and banned me for it as Blitzcrank Bot most likely uses the same program to spot these keywords. Yes, I also know that you cannot tell me what happened to the player but I OP.GGed them so I do know they did not get a ban. Thirdly, have you actually played a single game of league I'm talking any form of Summoners Rift, ARAM, or even TWT cause your crazy if the chat is not used for calling people out cause if that was the case there would be nobody playing the game because everyone would be banned and we don't even need to talk big name influencers that "call people out" people from Iron to Challenger do this. Now my apologies for making it sound like your fault most of this is probably a scripted copy paste you did but I hope you see what I am saying I also understand even if you were to agree with anything I said you will/cannot unban my account as that would probably go against your company policy but I would not have typed this if it were not for that slim chance. Hi there,

I understand you disagree with our community standards and that's totally fine, but we hold all players to those standards even if they disagree with them, and using chat to criticize and blame other players (such as by calling out their score or accusing them of playing badly) truly is not okay, and is intended to lead to penalties.

If you have feedback about game or behavior systems that's cool, but player support doesn't handle things like making changes to the game - to pass that feedback on to those who do, the boards are your best bet.

Please let me know if you have any new questions, otherwise I'll need to close out this ticket soon.

I find this so deplorable as nothing I said is toxic but please let me know what you think as I find this incredibly annoying LDR You can be banned for calling someone out in chat "such as by calling out their score or accusing them of playing badly"

haha owned. I have a question for folks like you: when you get the 2-week suspension, and they you hop back into the game, why do you chat at all? Like, obviously you don't understand what is wrong with what you are doing, I get that, but even if you don't understand the specifics of why normal people don't like this, how come you don't have the sense to say, "Gee, even though I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, the way I chat will players in this game is getting me in trouble, so I better not use the chat if I want to keep my account."

well look on the bright side. you have a chance to escape this hell hole of a game. no amount of money, effort, and time is worth playing a game ran by AI (riot staff doesn't like the word monkeys). perhaps if the staff actually play a game or two of this game they'll see what is wrong.
