Say a jungeler becomes hostile to you and starts inting your lane. What shall you do?

So I had this game where a jungler invaded and died, then blamed me for it. That is all too common. But then decided to int my lane 3 kills, then push all the minions to enemy tower deliberately by not faming jungle and using all abilities AND flash on minions. I just happened to know, this person just loved to see me suffer by his chat. So I left the lane because there is so little I can do anymore.

...I asked this guy if he wants me to leave the game and he said "Its better for you to uninstall" so I chilled in base for around 2 mins. Turns out he is STILL using flash on minions for the giggles when I returned. What I am supposed to do? He is just there watching me suffer play a unwinnable game.

Not much you can do, really. League isn't equipped with stopping someone trolling in the middle of a match, and then there's the report system that is also not that well equipped with dealing most trolling/griefing attempt that isn't like ultra textbook level (but understandably so for the latter).

Well it may sound rich, but you really can only report and move on and hopefully their actions are extreme enough to be picked on by the IFS (and if you really want to take the time, escalate to Riot support with a ticket). And wait a bit before queuing the next match, because you don't want to see their stupid ass ever again.
