Recently took a decent break of league and i came back to the game a couple weeks ago and i tried to log in to my account and it says I was banned? I have no match history due to how long I haven't played and was wondering why was i banned? I never got an email regarding the ban nothing. Can a dev please look into this? So much money put into this account.
If you bought or got the account from someone else, or if you shared your account during your absence, it won't be unbanned, period. I recommend not wasting your time in this instance.
If you are truly the one who originally created the account and the only one that used it, it's likely Riot put a protective lock on your account. This is usually because they noticed some suspicious activity while you were inactive, either someone hacking into your account or trying to. Contacting them and proving you're the original owner will resolve the ban and it will be as if it never happened
A dev cant do it here. What you need to do is go to the support page, log in, and near the top there is "create a ticket" and they should get you in touch with someone who can help you. Assuming you are the actual owner of the account of course.
