Teammate says "Go Kill Yourself; DO IT!" and I get 24 Game Chat Restriction?! For What RIOT?

Context:

Starting off, I had first pick Hecarim…. (in solo que)

Team goes ALL AD (Sion "Supp," Fiora, Yas, Kaisa); game starts and bot wants to invade the enemy blue buff (Olaf, Morgana, Darius, Aphelios, Cass). I said NO, and explained we're starting with red buff, and sion invades anyway - literally saying in chat, he will die for the invade. Sion is then extremely aggressive to his adc, telling kaisa to step up more, but at the same time continues feeding his lane hard, making it more difficult for me to gank. Sion becomes so toxic that I need to mute him (mid-game). Unfortunately, I didn't mute his spam pings "?".... Of course having zero bot dominance gave olaf a decent lead and free roam, and against a heavy cc team I was pretty much bullied out of the game from the start. Not having the best stats, and this being my first game of the day, I thought I stayed remarkably chill.

Top and bot's toxicity came towards mid-late game, where there are more team fights so ppl tab and pick on whoever has the lowest kda (very common in low elo). No surprise I got hate for that (being bullied out of the game) and because people tend to blame jg for everything. It was top that was hell bent on spewing hate at this point. It was top (fiora) that told me to kill myself, and she double downed on it and ran with it. She didn't let it go, and by post-game she was screaming "DO IT! You're inbred, and the most braindead person", etc. etc.

I've yet to hear instant feedback report on Fiora's violent/ hateful behavior, but feel her report voids mine if she submits before I do.

I proceed to the next ranked game after submitting my reports (top, bot, supp) only to find about 10min in, I've been chat restricted. Ok, really, I had to laugh in disbelief. I restarted my client afterwards and saw the notification for 24 games.... 24 games! Riot are you serious? I literally just leveled up my honor, was on a hot winning streak and nearing my promos (80lp), and you throw me a 24 game restriction?!

Did you even read the rules before posting this? Obviously insulting people is against the rules dude. Pretty god damn obvious why you got punished. If you cant figure it out, you got bigger problems.

Submit a support ticket to Riot to have them look into the case against Fiora if you feel like she hasn't been punished or if you haven't done so already.

In my opinion these are all the worst things you've said during the game that got you in trouble. Trying to troll the trolls makes you look just as bad as those who are ruining your game. Pressing surrender in the middle of a game is fine but talking about in chat about how the game is done and you want it to end is also pretty toxic. Repeating what they said about killing themselves may be the big reason you got it.

I never said they were being constructive. Fact remains if you muted them all instead of replying you wouldn't have been punished.

Not true. You hardly ever receive feedback; not receiving it doesn't mean they weren't punished.

Spending 100% of your chat negatively certainly warrants a restriction.

If that summoner wants to keep playing, then they have to dish out more money

No-one has to spend any money to play the game.

Worse than that, reports that don't ban you, place in you pools of other people considered "toxic" in what could only be described as entrapment.

This is blatantly false. Please provide any proof of this.
