Player Bribes Others with Skins for Reports (Bannable?)

Yes, we all played poorly, and I'm no exception.

However; this Caitlyn afk'd to "get some coffee", and when the enemy team asked if she was afk I confirmed their suspicion. When Caitlyn returned, 5mins later, she yelled in all chat that I needed to be banned and promised skins to anyone who reported me after the game. Post Game Image

Weather they actually reported me, or she actually bought them skins, I figured this type of thing was above and beyond and should be brought to attention.

Please do something Riot Games.

This is punishable the same as any negative or toxic chat would be punishable. It's not going to be an instant-ban scenario.

But don't worry, invalid reports do not result in punishment. Let them report you all you want, if you did nothing wrong, it all gets tossed.

It shouldn't be bannable because the number of reports do not matter (only 1 is needed). So Caitlyn would essentially be wasting her money

I realize I'm probably in no danger of being punished by a few odd reports, as I'm a relatively polite player, but I'm wondering if there is an actual rule that prohibits something like this.
