Why would u even get perma ban before 1/2 weeks penalty?

So my dude just got perma ban when he had just chat restriction 4 months ago. Wtf Riot?

I was playing with him. He called enemy Riven a "%%%%%%" 2 times. Is this hate speech so much? Not sure. Not enough for perma ban.

This is considered zero-tolerance behavior, and earns a 14-day ban on the first offense. If prior behavior on the account exists, it can indeed escalate you immediately to a permanent ban.

I have also edited the comment in question. Please do not insert periods or other characters into words in an attempt to circumvent the board filter.

thats normal, your punishment status wont go down unless you play. it wont matter how long you wait. also if it was hate speech, he most likely skipped tiers.

He got escalated due to a higher level offense.

Most likely he used hate speech of some kind.
