Why does LOL attract the worst playerbase in online gaming?

In champ select get this:

[player] : if that support im not playing [player] : i was afk in last game [player] : cuz got soraka

And then did. The promises of "bans" is ridiculous. In ranked, when someone goes AFK, team should not lose as much LP. Walked around occasionally so he didn't get auto called AFK. Explained he goes AFK all the time. Could be a lie but seeing his behavior I believe it. But of course, he's still playing.

Honestly, LOL has the worst playerbase I've been in all my years of online gaming. Too bad Riot doesn't do enough about it.

Riot doesn't take ranked seriously enough for a lot of us to take it seriously ourselves.

I personally can't respect a system that won't refund LP for a match when they ban the troll/griefer directly afterwards.

You get fouls in basketball and football that serve to favor the ones fouled upon. If we got screwed by a troll that made the game not just a 4v5 but a 4v5 with a buffed enemy team from the feeding the troll gave them then where's the sense in us still losing LP when that person is tagged and punished? It's like saying our hard work deserves to be punished for their trolling.

LoL has one of the biggest playerbases in general, it's almost impossible to not have trolls and such, if you screenshot and link it in the description, that should help your case Good luck in your pursuit to destroy trolls!

The thing with Lol, and Mobas in general, is that they take a lot of time. In a lot of other games, you can just quit if you're getting upset. In League, you might be stuck for 20 minutes to an HOUR. It's the lost time that makes people so volatile.

dota/moba games attract special trolls . worse communities than fps twitch kiddies .

this game needs dropin dropout play . loco and bfg/roi had dropin play but ive not seen other mobas that have it .

drop in play = afk/kicked/dc players can be replaced with a different player who actually want to try and win

Riot goes overboard on the easy stuff (chat monitoring and afk) and completely disregards the genuinely toxic elements to League.
