I've come to notice that when coming in contact with people who were denied roles are more often than not unwilling to cooperate with their team. Autofill feels like a chore when going get into a game good behaviour is something that I feel is unappreciated when we are all veiled behind anonymity. Would it be possible for people who play fill/support regularly to receive minimal amount of rp? Why not reward the unsung heroes instead of forcing the unwilling into doing what they hate and consequently forcing more toxicity into the player base.

For RP? No, that would just cause the role to be flooded with people farming RP, forcing Support mains out and causing it to be the lowest priority role instead of the highest.

I feel like you are trying to play the social justice angle. While that idea in theory would be kind of not awful riot loves money and this would take away from their overall gain.

Please no, I dont want my role to be taken by someone who thinks they dont need to place wards, get utility and help the team just for some rp.

They do get a reward if they autofill or play a low popularity role. They get a free exemption from autofill the next time they play. I think that's pretty good since I main mid and know how to support. Just play a support game and then do your intended role. Everyone should know or at least learn how to play each role in my opinion.Or at least know your main role AND support since it can be a very rewarding role if you make sure you stay on top of objectives.
