The report system doesn't work

I think Riot need better systems to deal with soft inting. It's honestly far too easy to do and get away with, you see it fairly often and it's so recognisable

Even if someone is toxic in chat swearing like a moron at people (carefully avoiding "kys" "n*****" etc.) they're not punished. I send genuine reports and see nothing. What am I to think? Soft inting and being toxic in chat is okay?

You can't even be a streamer in EUW because as soon as you get even a little bit big people just soft int and troll you. You see it all the time and it's fkin sad

This game's punishment system is garbage.

I think you should be able to add time stamps to reports and someone can just verify that there's an int or toxicity in chat around 5sec of that time. So someone could just go through these reports very quickly, (take longer and look at more of the game if they want I guess) maybe even swipe left or right on a mobile (modern problems, right?)

You could literally get volunteers to do it for an account icon or chroma/skin, then if it's disputed, a different volunteer (with higher reputation or something) can have a final say (even report the first volunteer if they're abusing the system to encourage soft inting/trolling)

There's just got to be a better way than the current report system.

First off, a 5 second clip is not going to spot intentional feeding except in the most extreme circumstances, so it's certainly not going to be great at spotting "soft inting"

Volunteers were already tried, it was the previous version of the tribunal. It was discontinued because as a whole it was actually less accurate than the current system and it was many times slower. At many points of the system there were many months of backlogs.

I've recently had 3 punishment notifications regarding people whom just afk farmed after they deemed the game was over and /ff@15 failed.

So it may look like people get away with it, but they don't.

Maybe youre high elo, where people would know better than to feed. But down here in silver, what I mostly see is bad players playing like bad players. Meh. Filthy casuals, I know. Sorry we havent mastered a pointless skill like gaming lol.
