How was i chat restricted!?

I can admit that i was a little toxic but nothing that i should be banned for! My team and the enemy team was flaming me so hard when i played top, the enemy bot and mid started going top as well and i asked thresh multiple times to come top since it was a 1v2. He just said that i should get better at the game and to shut the f up. So of course i will get mad! The enemies were so much more toxic and saltier than me so why did i get a restriction but not them???? This system is so broken it's insane

Also the second game i have actually no idea why what i did was a reportable offense i wasn't even toxic that game. The first one i can understand but the rest is just plain stupidity.
