so I went into a game with somebody, who spoke completely nice in game, but fed, hard fed. nobody mentioned it since he was kind in game, afterwards I realized it was because he knows Riot doesn't actually care about the members of the community, and that the Blitz Bot Banning System was the only way he'd get effected by toxic behaviour. so he added me, and said some rather terrible racial slurs, curses, etc. Sent a photo to Riot, and they said "sorry you added him, nothing we can do." Well, if somebody is deceiving in game, of course im gonna add them for a second, then when he says that to me, and we find out hes toxic, why not ban the toxic? I deleted and blocked him afterward, since he would just then rub it in my face he can call me the N word whenever hed like.

Huh, that's odd. I've had the odd individual befriend me just to say foul and terrible things and id send them to Riot Support and they would tell me they would look into it, rather than there was nothing they could do. Perhaps they treat death threats differently than racial slurs? As it were the client is a part of the game, so I feel that blatant toxicity towards another player through direct messaging should be weighted as equally as toxicity in a match.

they dont generally mod pms because its easily preventable by simply not adding them or blocking them right after, unless they're saying things that are threatening or illegal its not really against any rules

How do you not just remove them and shake your head and move on? I dont get it. Why do people let things like this linger in their minds and become obsessed with some form of justice being served? Just move on with life. Dudes a loser, stop thinking about it immediately. Complete waste of time just because you had to read some naughty words written by an anonymous stranger. Move the fuck on man. Dont spend ANY more time on this.
