Account suspended for no reason...

I've submitted a ticket about this to the riot support but still have not gotten any message back, and so basically I was banned for hacking, but I can assure that I was not hacking, i have some video proof of my league of legends games, that clearly show I dont hack, and I can give those video footage if you'd like, but please respond to my ticket, because league randomly suspended me saying i was hacking and i didnt. I also found a youtube video which the youtuber got banned for having too many friends added, because of a bug in your system, and I believe that's what happened to me. Because I add every nice person I play with in games.
