I got perma banned 2 years ago

Permabans are, like the name suggests, permanent. They arent lifted after x years. You are free to create a new account and play, but the old one is gone.

It is not a 2 year ban. It's a forever ban.

Sucks... I believe unbanning accounts after 2-5 years should be ok... People change a lot and mature often... I know I did. Especially if they have decided to return knowing they were banned for poor behaviour.

However it's riot's sandbox. So you need to follow their rules. Sadly you'll just need to reform on a new account.

Do you know what permanently means?

Nothing you can do about it, but I feel for you. Can't imagine what you did that was so bad, but my games are riddled with leavers, hate speech, toxicity, etc. Those people have all escaped bans.

I guess it's sort of like getting mad that the cops pulled you over when everyone else is speeding, too. (Except in this case, Riot doesn't have finite resources since an AI system administers most of the punishments).
