The bot has permabanned my account over a misunderstanding

Here's my logs where the bot interprets my response to a racist as an act of aggression which in context is silly.

What isn't shown in the logs is that my teamate blames the state of the game on our "dark eyes" I say one nasty thing which i know to be a joke, which is not even directed at him personally (I joke that he's old because he's racist).

Have I been Perma'd for saying retard, asshole, fuck, all of the above?

Have I been banned for general toxicity?

Can I at least have someone from Riot confirm that I deserve a permanent ban instead of having a robot turn me away from one of my favorite pass times?

No one would be banned on any other large public platform for this so I don't see why i should lose my League account for which I've regularly contributed to since S2.

I try hard to win every game, and communicate through pings. Chat restrict me and by consequence of the way I play every game, I would be a model LoL player. If I'm not ban me.

Either way I don't see the benefit in sending me back to Unranked leveling.
