I have had one previous instance of toxic behavior, with which I had a 2 week suspension, since then I had become better at muting the correct people and doing everything I could to not be toxic, but after all the money I have funneled into this damn game, I get one twitch and kayle that push me over the edge, the twitch takes my red buff, and the kayle doesn't ban darius and picks kayle against him, in short kayle feeds the darius and I say the words "you are shit"and "I can shit on you" and I receive, no not a two week ban, no not a chat ban, I receive a PERMA Ban on my account, absolutely ridiculous cant believe this happened, and I know everyone will tell me "oh its because you had a previous ban" or they will tell me "in short just don't be toxic" but I just for one game call someone shit and get a perma ban, they say that competetive bsing is fine, but oh no I guess calling someone shit one time is just too much and not competitve bsing at all, there is when it turns to hating on people or being "way too toxic" by saying that one person is bad in a way that portrays it a little better than saying oh you are bad at the game. Negative attitude, giving up, calling people shit (probably could have found a more competitive way to say that.) and you had a previous 14 day ban. Seems right.

When you recieved your 2 week ban you were told that any punishment would result in a permaban. This means if you display behavior that, on its own, would only warrant a chat restriction (like spamming ff and gg) you will be permabanned. That is what happened here and therefore it is deserved. Riot told you literally no more toxicity and you spent a whole game spamming gg and giving up.

With the 14 day ban you get a message that says that every further toxic behaviour will grant you a permaban. You showed toxic behaviour so Riot have you what they said they would give you. You can contest the ban at the Riot games support https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but you chances are slim to none.

Blaming others, name calling. For a possibly legit mistake (I have, twice in my league career, accidentally taken a buff while leashing).

In and of itself not the worst behavior by any means; however, if you were already high enough on the punishment tier then the next punishment (however slight) was gonna cost you your account.

Is it fair? Yeah, because everyone plays by the same rules.

Does it suck? I imagine that it sucks pretty hardcore to lose one's account. :(

I hope, in your case, you start a new account and become a shining behavior example.
