Inting teammates and midgame disconnects

As someone who often plays League of Legends, I personally enjoy the game, but I am starting to slowly hate it. Lately, I have been getting a lot of inting teammates, troll picks, and people who often disconnect or ragequit. Recently, I had a mid laner who instantly said "open mid", and was extremely toxic, and I lost LP because one person decided to ruin the game for 4 other people. I miss the "Loss Prevented" idea from back then because that would save my LP in cases like these: a person decides to run it down mid, someone ragequits, someone disconnects, someone feeds on purpose. But I understand that most of these cases wouldn't exactly fit into something that could lead to a "Loss Prevented", but I personally would like to see the inting people banned honestly. A lot of long time League of Legends players have been quitting league or have not been playing as much as they have because of frequent games like these. In my opinion, this game is currently going downhill because of these players. Well, thanks for your time!
