Why did i get a 14 days ban instead of chat frestriciton for not using any hate speech?

I was in a rank game with my friend which was the jungler (i'm the mid laner) so i was personly silver 4 and my friend is in iron 4(Yes) and we got into a iron game, i was extreamly fed and had 20 kills that game and we still lost because my friend and my teamates(especially the adc) fed their malzhar and Wukong WAY TOO much and these two guys started to one shotting me during late game, i was mad and tilted, my thoughts were "if my team didn't feed, this could be a win for me" but later on the sense of anger came to my head when i got hard cc by a fed malzahar for 5 seconds, i typed things like"malzahar braindead champion" "press R and i die" and also after the enemy team wukong tell me to "stfu" i said "stfu Monkey" back to him because he's a Wukong player, and Wukong is a monkey. during the game, i tried several times trying to convenice my team that if we play safe and smart we will win, but my ashe and naut kept going in without me and my jungler, and results a instant lose over 2v5, i told them not to do that again because doing 2v5s aren't going to word and may throw the game, they just wouldn't listen again and dying and dying over. after game ends, i insulted the adc with his score and blamed the ashe for being the reason why that we lost this game, i also in fact said things like "i'm playing with actul apes" and "what i'm i dealing with" and at last i told the ashe"no wonder why you are in iron". so all i'm trying to understand is, how did this result a 14 day ban instead of chat restriction. here is my chat log In Game: ToxicYaaSSUo: 3 mil malzahar ToxicYaaSSUo: invade ToxicYaaSSUo: stop chasing ToxicYaaSSUo: my bad ToxicYaaSSUo: wtf is that ToxicYaaSSUo: where is ashe ToxicYaaSSUo: this adc ToxicYaaSSUo: no wonder why you are in iron ToxicYaaSSUo: my jg is iron ToxicYaaSSUo: pan please ToxicYaaSSUo: stop feeding ToxicYaaSSUo: play safe ToxicYaaSSUo: i will carry ToxicYaaSSUo:

Have you had previous chat restrictions already? It is a progressive system, and while you can drop tiers of punishment, that takes time. So if you had a 25 game chat resteiction, the next punishment is 14 day ban. Then the next after that is a perm.

Or you could just buy QSS and with your early lead close the game fast enough before they get fed? The game lasted 35mins. If you was fed then its your fault that didnt used your lead properly and on top of that your Build was horrible. Dont blame it on your team.

Toxic obnoxious chat logs but possibly not worth of insta 14d ban. If you are sure you never ever got a chat restriction on this account, contact Player Support and patiently politely ask for more context. Sometimes the reform card is not showing the correct games. Provide all the context here then.

A simple "stfu" for example in 15 days could trigger a permaban. Think twice how much your account is valuable for you.

(we are assuming you didnt edit what you provided and that you re not lying about not having had chat restrictions before, because it already happened).

Perhaps when you're queuing with Iron friends, you should expect that you'll have other Iron ranked teammates on your team. Control your anger, next step is a permanent ban. You're toxic as hell.

Only support can tell you for sure why your punishment was escalated. We can do some educated speculating, but your best bet is a support ticket.

Depending who you're talking to calling people monkey/ape could certainly be construed as hate speech. Not saying Riot sees it that way but it's possible.
