League Crashing/Team Remakes

Can we please fix the whole, my game crashes then your team remakes right as you join in. I have a friend who I love to play league with, but he doesnt have the most top notch computer. So every now an again (this happens to me too) when a match starts, the game doesnt load. It is just a black screen. So we restart league and join the game, and as soon as he rejoins, my team already puts up the remake and 3 say yes. Even with me pleading. This is no big deal and a good idea, except for the fact that now we have a 20 minute LeaveBuster for something he couldnt control.

Can we get a way around the LeaveBuster punishment since he's not leaving, and actually rejoining but never in time? Like its not really fair for him to be punished for something he cant control and doing his best to get around it. He's not raging or deciding he doesnt want to play, we want to play, but now we have to wait a completely unappealing amount of time.
