False ban system error

Nick: XXX69 Region: EUNE Hello. Three days earlier i got Permmamently Banned on my account. Probably false cause i didn't write any bad message. The one thing i wrote is "stfu" one time. I had lvl 2 honore 2nd checkpoint and i think i shouldn't get instant permammently banned. When i try to mail riotgames support, thay wrote to me as "blitzcrank bot". When i reply that i want support real person no bot. Still dont get reply. I answear the survey after press red button "request a human" and nothing happened. In my opinion i think i should get a lighter punishment like 2week ban/chat ban. On my old account when i have lvl 1honore i get 2week ban no perm for wrote 100+ times "kys". If there any riot supporter pls check affair. Thanks.

Did you have a 14 day ban on this Account before the permaban? If yes, how recent. Also need your full chatlogs.

What did your reform card say? Did it contain chat logs?

Please post the chat logs provided by the punishment message for us, so we will get some idea what caused the punishment and if it was for a good reason or not. If not, you might have some extra leverage on your case with Riot Support - You won't be able to solve the case (most likely) by writing here at the boards - You need support for that - but it might help. Might. Oh, and if we deem that the chat logs are indeed toxic and deserve a punishment, well, you will know that we consider your chat log punishable.

Have you been punished before? Since you got Permanently banned, you have most likely received 14-day suspension already, which is the final warning. After that even light negativity (if punished) gets permanent suspension.
