My accounts are disabled and I have no idea what's going on, and riot's not letting me know what is.

3 of my accounts were locked on the 29th (later "disabled" on the 30th), it said locked and contact support in the client when I attempted to log in. I submitted an account recovery ticket immediately, but I got no response for an entire day, and I couldn't access the ticket I made (#41171104), so I assumed it had been lost or I forgot to submit it (even though I got the confirmation email for it). I then later submitted a discussion ticket (#41188055) on my original account (permabanned ingame) about the situation, and referred to the ticket in the second one. I was able to access the ticket after submitting, so I knew this made the queue. It's been an entire day since then, still no reply. I frankly don't know how to bump a ticket, so I don't think the queue got reset. It's been over 2 days and I still have no idea what's going on.

I apologize if I sound needy, but I wouldn't mind the wait if I knew what was going on. This is completely out of the blue, and accounts I've spent considerable money are now disabled for no reason.

Please help.

It sounds like a shield ban to me and doing an account recovery is probably the best course of action on your part. The 29th and 30th are weekends and maybe their account recovery department doesn't work on weekends (I'm speculating, i don't know this for sure)? You should not try to "bump" your ticket because that would put it back into the bottom of the pile. There's not much you can do other than wait for a reply. You can probably try Live Chat tomorrow to see if you have better luck?

This is normal. Account recovery is done solely through email.
