Would you consider perma ban to be illegal?

As a league of legends player, many of us tend to find our self matched with in-experienced gamers that decide talking down to one another for no apparent reason. This experience however is prevalent most of all in bronze league and to be punished for responding to someone whom has been talking rudely to you during the game. Every once in a while they get the better of you and actually cause you to become very irritated with how they were speaking to you and treating you. A few words are exchanged and soon you realize hey will not stop. So you follow up with a mute and a "please report" in all chat trying to better the community for other gamers as you continue to play. After the game you are punished with a "BANNED FOR 14 DAYS"

For myself in the situation, I was playing a Kha'Zix and doing quite well. Lucians 0/4 and i attempt to assist and he backs. i asked why he backed after i die and his response is simple... you suck ass... Previous to that, his prearranged group with Nami is also attempting to talk down to myself after dying but securing a kill. She response learn to use your champion rudely. At this point my irritation is climaxed and i told the to screw off. I muted them and proceeded to mention in all chat Bot lane was toxic.

This offense caused me a 14 day ban and my next offense with no previous warning with League of Legends would result in a permanent ban.

Now pardon me if I am wrong but i think we can all agree that our time is worth something. Definitely our money, and most of all with the population of League gamers, our accounts that we have invested both our time and our money into. In my case, much more money then i am happy to admit at times but in my own way, am glade to have spent to assist this popular game to achieve the fame it has. Enough time has been invested to unlock every champion many without the use of Riot Points, almost all the possible runes that can be purchased, and definitely many skins that i have decided would be worth my dollar. I do believe however if RIOT want to Threaten me by telling me they will permanently close my account they have no right to do so. Especially in a case that is over someone else having a poor game and being offended by their team being annoyed they talk down to others with they poor success. Tribunal does not always accurately punish an accuse gamer and they are definitely looking in from a window on an vaguely understood argument.

I would accuse Riot of illegally stealing my money if another misunderstood incident caused my account to be permanently closed for i have spent money on the accont more than that of the price of other video games. Many other games allow argument and do not monitor it like RIOT. I.E Call of Duty, and you only have to pay the fee for the game. They will not strip your rights to your game from you and nor should league of legends.

Riot, I beleive the community would agree that you need a solution to this issue. Possibly separate the children from the adults somehow?
