"You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors."

So the end of the season is near, and I've been working hard to bring honor level up. I'm currently at honor 1 checkpoint 3, but in my last game, I ran into an issue in the lol client where I had a perm black screen on my league game and was unable to alt f4 close the program. So to fix this I restarted my pc but in the process was afk for 5-10 minutes. At the end of the game this message "You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors." appeared. I'm wondering if getting this message hurts my chances of leveling up my honor, even though the circumstances were completely out of my control.
