Hello, a few weeks ago my account got permanently banned for toxic behavior (iClaudell) on eune . Is there any way to unban my account? I would never swear again because i know i was wrong and stupid.. I did started a new account but on the banned one i used to have a lot of good skins and champions and the experience its not the same. Please if there is any way to unban the account help me...
Unfortunately, Riot is not overturning bans at this time. You can try to file a support ticket to see if they'll reduce the permanent suspension to a 14-day ban, although that usually only works if you were already on the path to reforming beforehand and even then, it's still infrequent.
Bans are not reversed unless they were placed in error. Riot offers multiple chances to show that your behavior has reformed, and the permanent ban is the last step when it's clear it has not. I'm afraid the account is lost.
Currently there is not. You may continue to play on your new account though.
