So.. Des riot ever punish people for retarded behavior in normals or just applies to ranked?

the tittle pretty much explains the situation... i know what most people say "its just normals" yeah and sure its good that you dont really lose anything but time when you lose in a normal match, but holy cow is it annoying and very frustrating when some people just behave like complete jerks in normal matches just because "its just normals".

and it feels like the report function for normal matches is there just to give people a false feeling of justice or just plain decoration; For example i just had a match with a katarina who just ran around the fountain the whole match, didnt say a word, just running around to avoid the leaverbuster punish him, and you know what? too many people do that and more in normal matches and it really feels like riot just doesnt give a rat ass about those.

thank you for reading my little rant, and please riot, help us to help YOU make the game healthier in all queues. I would absolutely love if riot would give actual proof that players are being punished for being assholes, not just a poor message saying that you have taken the appropiate actions because it just sounds like a mother tapping the hand of her little boy having a tantrum.

Intentionally feeding, trolling, and otherwise harassing players is punished with equal vigor in all queues, actually. Sometimes this behavior is hard to identify though, so it sometimes takes a little while for the punishment to hit them.

It depends on what the behavior is?

Using normals to try something new is fine, even if it doesn't quite work out as you'd hoped. Intentionally feeding in normals is still bad.

Does riot ban autofill trolls? I just played a game with a support who decided because he didn't want to play his role he was going to take all my cs and set me behind because he was so much better than me, when you ask these types of players to stop they will just laugh and try to make you even more angry, they have no intention on allowing you to play your role simply because they couldn't get theirs. This in my opinion is one of the most toxic things that someone can even do, they are intentionally throwing the game, not just for the adc but for the whole damn team. If they can't play support they should just dodge instead of ruin other peoples games, but then again they will always get away with it so who cares xd

I can assure you that you do get banned from norms lol. I played a blind pick game where I said a few toxic things and because I was reported, it skipped both chat restricts and gave me a 14 day ban off of a blind pick.
