What Happened to My Draft Games???? (This is A Question, Not a Rant ^.^)

For the past several month or so, my solo-q experience was amazing! I would type stuff like "hello! how is everyone!" and everyone would respond, and we'd joke around in bans and even in game! However, I noticed yesterday that my teammates were....different; now, no one responds, and when they do, its them saying shit like "kys" "stfu" "fuck you" and I just dont understand what happened! Please, tell me what decides who I get qued with, and thank you for responding.
