I was just banned for scripting although ive never done it???

I just received an email saying that i was perma banned because of scripting. I have never downloaded scripts/ used a form of scripting software while playing the game. The only program ive used is an application that is called blitz that ive seen many streamers use like dyrus. In previous cases like the one linked here (https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/gA9ePu5O-i-was-banned-for-scripting-hacking-what-the-heck-i-wish-you-all-the-best-and-farewell) it was a case of account sharing but ive never shared my account. im honestly very confused and fairly upset since ive put a lot of time and resources into the game. If a rioter sees this and responds needing additional information or etc. i world happily cooperate to get this taken care of or at least to know what happened with my account.

After edit: after posting this i noticed that my name was changed and that would mean that my account had been hacked. i just looked at the newly named account on op.gg and there were two games that i did not play a fiora game and a ezreal game. my personal last game was a Camille jungle. if there is a way to fix/deal with this i'm honestly at a loss for words.
