14 day ban

i was given a 14 day ban for getting angry at one of my team mates for being realy anoying in game and in chat so i said somthing i shouldn't have, but just to clarifigh i didn't say anything to bad. just told him to shut up in a hit harsher of a manner. anyway, i have heared that if you get a ban after the 14 day ban has gone you will be perma band, now i wanted to know if i doge a game because someone is trolling or if my wifi crashess and i get a ban from that, will that count to getting a permanent ban? pls help me thanks
