You won't get unbanned as there was no misinterpretation here. It's mainly for these lines right here:

Riot has a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech (such as racism, homophobia, or other derogatory language - the % symbols in your chat log are classified as one of these words) and will net an instant 14-day ban or permaban in most situations.

It was a persistent effort to ridicule another player, so yes, I feel these logs are punishable.

Looks like there's a 2-week gap in your match history where you may have received a prior 2-week ban. At that time, you were told your next punishment would be a permanent ban.

You can contact Riot support, but they do not reverse punishments unless they were issued in error.
