So basically, I got banned for hell knows what but my card only says "We can't display chat logs for this punishment right now. Contact Player Support for more detailed info." What can/does this mean and what can I do besides contact support and wait?

I also got sent straight to a 14 day ban on a fresh account with no punishments? That's really really really odd.

It could be because you got punished for private messages or chat log contains personally identifiable information or maybe a champ select game that was dodged (?). Not much you can do beside contact support and wait. Were you being extremely toxic in private messages lately?
