Most toxic player I've played with....

SO I played with a guy today who became the most toxic person I have ever played with. He was so bad that I wanted to surrender just to report him faster. It wasnt justme that he was abusive to, it was everyone on both teams. He called us "%%%gots" and let us know that he was bigger than the system and had several accounts in case he got banned, and would just continue to make more accounts when he does get banned. Doesnt RIOT care about the game experience for everyone? How can he get banned and continue to make new accounts with ease? He obviously has absolutely no respect for anyone, nor even the rules or RIOT themselves. He even told me to kill myself after the match was over. I will let the screenshots do the talking for me.

Naming and Shaming via sharing the names in the pictures. This is not the place to post this stuff. Reporting them or perhaps sending in a support ticket with those screenshots would be the correct course of action.

Better get rid of the names before this thread gets taken down madood, if thats even how naming and shaming gets punished that is.

There are always going to be people like this and I don't really think he has a good chunk of accounts because that would require leveling and you can't level an account if you're constantly getting banned for being a toxic player. I wouldn't worry too much about it though, did you hear about that one guy who spammed a ton of shit on Twitch streaming and is actually facing 10+ years in prison because of it?

Toxic people will say whatever they want to get under others' skin. There's not really anything riot can do to prevent someone from making a new account. Just report this guy and move on.

Why didn't you just mute him?

The Riven was talking a big talk, but they're full of shit. People like that get punished, Riot usually escalates it if such players specifically flaunt the system like that too.

He was a skumfuck douchebag, and he was lying about being above the system. People like that are just saying shit to try to manipulate you and make you feel worse.

Your best bet for dealing with those players is to mute them and report them after the game. You don't even have to ask for others to report them, because the system reviews them the same whether they are reported by just one player in your game or by every player in the game. It only takes one report to get an account reviewed.

And if you're particularly upset about this you can submit a support ticket to Riot support showing them these screenshots. They will investigate the player and ensure that whatever action they deem appropriate will be taken against his account.
