why do people blame the jungle for their bot lane fucking up?
literally my bot lane last game got mad that I wouldn't gank when they were pushed way forward and kept getting fucked by enemy jg, how was this my fault?

It wasnt. People just blame the jungler because of their poor positioning. Lets say you have a fiora top. this fiora is vs Jax, now the fiora is perma pushed up and you cant gank, but then the enemy jungler; hecarim, does gank and kill her. She will "?" ping you because you were not at her lane - people blame the jungle for their mistakes or lack of vision and so on.
As jungler, finding the right words to make your laners understand you can't be everywhere and there are some lanes that you might not even go during games... this is not ez. You have to act in such a way that they get it, but don't tilt because they feel attacked. Thickening your skin is the best thing you can do.
In my opinion, junglers have most of the control over the game. For me specifically, I get camped almost every other game top, often times even multiple games in a row. Yet it is not uncommon for me to get 0 ganks during those games (reasonably). Although one thing that tilts me extremely hard is when the jungler doesn't come top once over a period of 20 minutes, and then the lanes that he did gank, [or should have been ganking] are losing. So by default I lose my lane, and since the other lanes didn't win from our jungler we now have 3 losing lanes and I no longer have any control over the game. Sometimes I win games with very minimal amounts of kills, just because I spend alot of time sitting under my tower as the jungler camps my lane and zones me out of cs, most of the time though if my jungler isn't decent those are the kind of games I lose. So personally I get very frustrated at junglers when they give up my lane and then we lose the game for that fact. And one of my favorites is when I get blamed for my laner getting fed after them having a ton of ganks. (and by fed I mean 3 or 4 kills at 15 minutes.)
You werent there for counter ganks or providing additional vision for them to push in the other botlane.
It's just as much your fault as it is theirs if you dont support your lanes.
I wasn't in your game, but I've seen plenty of junglers claim that the lane was pushed up when it really wasn't.
Typically the culprit is vertical jungling. In this strategy you have no incentive to apply counter pressure on the opposite side of the map.
Typically bot lane suffers the most under this strategy when neglected because bot lane is really easy to sway in one direction due to a combination of tower gold, how weak ADCs are early game, how easy it is to start a snowball as ADCs (especially ADCs like Jinx), and the dragon. The support meta bot doesn't help either. In addition, mid assassins usually go bot instead of top.
Bot lane won't be pushed up perse, they may even be under tower, but they're still going to get ganked regardless. This is extremely tilting, so if you are vertical jungling, let your bot lane know. So many laners don't know what it is or why people are doing it. They just think their jungler is ignoring them, which tilts them harder.
As jungler you do assume a portion of responsibility for lanes. That doesn't mean you can be everywhere at once, nor should anyone expect you to, but it does mean you need to communicate better. If you're camping a lane or can't be somewhere, then type in the chat.
Cuz they suck. And because they suck so very bad, they seek to blame something that isn't them for their suckage, and that's usually the jungler.
Because they have an overinflated opinion about their own skills and are in denial that they aren't as good as they think they are.
Well there's a few different schools of thought as to how you can approach their situation. First off let me state this: It is not your fault that they compromised their positioning to play aggressive in the lane.
Now think about this. If they're pushed up - and winning the lane - you can do a few things for them to help them out.
Split the map - also known as Vertical Jungling. This can isolate their bot lane from any help and disincentivizes them from creating a 3 v 2. The reason this works is because if you've cleared the enemy's blue side jungle, there is nothing for the jungler to gain by ganking them if there isn't a guarantee that they will get a kill. There are no camps to clear (outside of maybe a drake) so they will lose tempo by coming to gank... and they lose even harder if it goes south.
Set up deep vision. This gives them information on where the enemy jungler is and if they are pushed up, knowing the enemy jungler is coming can give them some time to pull out and reposition so as to avoid key skill shots. Against junglers such as Rammus and Evelynn this is a little harder to do as they have very reliable means of ganking (high movespeed, point and click CC, and in Eve's case, stealth), so making sure they have as much info as possible will help them out.
Sit in lane bushes. If you think the enemy jungler will try and gank them, let them push up and move into the lane bushes. This way when the enemy thinks it's a good opportunity to crash the party, you can go full dad mode on them and kick their teeth in for trying. This can result in a fight that forces the enemy laners to base (or play gray screen simulator for a bit) and you get a short window of time to do whatever you please - take a dragon, get some plates (maybe first blood tower), etc.
Let me reinforce that this is only if they're winning. If losing, try and set up vision, but be prepared to abandon them. The best thing for you to do as a jungler when you have no way to single-handedly turn around fights is to abandon them to whatever may come and focus on getting another laner far enough ahead that they can draft off of their success and come back into the game later on. (If they're playing something like Jhin, Sivir or Ashe as an ADC this is much better for the team as they can help the team with Utility which doesn't require items to be useful.)
Just the way League goes, jungler always get a lot of flak.
People get ganked and die because they don't ward not because his own jungler was farming.
Because of the rules.
Rule 1. It's always the support's fault.
Rule 2. The Jungler is just another support.
That's why.
Because the people in lane can't stop what they're doing. They can only push back, freeze or get pushed. If they do other things, even if they succeed it will at most be a trade. If they fail, they're behind. A jungler can do their role in the jungle, which has reset timers anyways, and support a teammate. And I use the word support, not heal. Every member of the team capable should be supporting the others. That's why it's a team game. It's why laners grab characters with global mobility or ults that let them quickly respond or get back to lane. A jungler just has more free time to do this. And more importantly, the enemy jungler does as well. Any time a lane isn't even, a jungler should take notice. Same goes with laners using champs like Xerath and Karthus. Counter-pushing, and reinforcing pushing in the early game decides the first few towers and ganks. Split pushing, resource leads and grouping up decides it after that.
Not saying who was wrong or not in this situation because I wouldn't know. But that's what players should be doing. The bot lane support could technically roam from lane to lane since they use gold items, especially if they use thief and can land rapid shots and then move lanes when resetting, but that can get you reported and cursed out. I prefer Xerath myself for this reason. I can only support mid lane when I'm bot but I can also support junglers as well. Mid lane on the other hand, I can support the map, which is nice. Jungler Karthus is taken by people for this reason. To support lanes from anywhere on the map, including in the jungle. Not sure if Ziggs can do it well in the Jungle yet or not. Monsters can't dodge his skillshots, so the farming speed is there. He can run to a lane that is pushing and accelerate the siege greatly with his anti-tower auto attacks and executioner satchel. But again... some people will just hate on you for trying uncommon strategies. :/
