Wonder if its possible to have someone banned from VERY toxic chat in the FRIEND CHAT 1-1 ?

im not talking about ingame chat, post og pregame chat in the lobby, but having someone who add you as friend and then HARD flame in a private chat, racist chat etc ?

or is that considered a "private matter" since you added him yourself ?

but if they send you scams or advertisements then support might do something
